Clearpoint Scores Great Publicity for Super Bowl XXXVII Gala with Jay Leno

Clearpoint handled PR for the San Diego Super Bowl XXXVII Host Committee kick-off party and benefit. Clearpoint coordinated a press conference with representatives from more than 20 media outlets, including broadcast and print media for Jay Leno, the star performer at the event attended by more than 600 guests. Coveted event tickets sold for $500 - $1,000 per seat and proceeds benefited the San Diego Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Press coverage for the event and Jay Leno’s appearance included 46 print stories and coverage on all major San Diego television stations. The big win: The National MS Society gained sensational exposure for its fight against the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis.

Clearpoint Manages 6-Week Promotional Tour to Launch Eddie Bauer Clothing Line

In the summer of 2003, Clearpoint Agency was hired to manage the Eddie Bauer Sport Shop clothing collection launch promotion, with active displays in 16 Seattle area venues during a six-week period from mid-August through the end of September 2003.

The tour was highly successful. With Clearpoint’s guidance, the tour provided a positive launch for the new clothing, and store sales posted their first monthly gain (7%) in more than three years.

In September 2003, Clearpoint Agency was honored with a Silver Bernays Mark of Excellence Award for Special Events by the Public Relations Society of America. The award recognized its work on the Broadband Plus Party for Toshiba and Texas Instruments at the ESPN Zone in December of 2002.

Clearpoint Agency and KS Promotions Form an Alliance

Clearpoint Agency formed an alliance with KS Promotions, a firm specializing in the legal compliance, administration, fulfillment and collateral development required for sweepstakes campaigns.

Bravo Award

Honored by the San Diego chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Beth Walsh and Bonnie Shaw were recognized as distinguished businesswomen for their vision, entrepreneurial spirit and accomplishments.

Two PRSA Awards

In September 2004, Clearpoint Agency was honored with two awards from the Public Relations Society of America. Clearpoint was awarded the Silver Bernays Mark of Excellence Award for Special Events in recognition for its work on the Broadband Plus Party for Toshiba and Texas Instruments at the ESPN Zone in Anaheim in December of 2003.

Clearpoint also won the Silver Bernays Award of Merit in the category of Special Events, for its work with Eddie Bauer on a 16-event mobile Sport Shop Tour over a six-week period in the Seattle area to support the launch of a new clothing line.

Clearpoint Agency honored with Silver Bernays Award of Excellence from the Public Relations Society of America in the category of Business to Business for a non-profit organization in recognition for its PR work for Women's Business Center of California.

PRSA Award

Clearpoint Agency was awarded by the Public Relations Society of America, San Diego Chapter, an Edward L. Bernays Silver Bernays Award of Merit for excellence in a consumer service launch of a Carlsbad day spa.

Two PRSA Awards

Clearpoint Agency team honored with two awards from the Public Relations Society of America, San Diego Chapter. The agency received a Silver Bernays Mark of Merit in the Business to Business category for the successful launch of Verance Corporation’s audio watermarking product licenses.

Clearpoint was also awarded a Bronze Mark of Excellence in the category of Research and Evaluation for a technology company’s brand refresh and new messaging development.

PRSA Award

Clearpoint Agency, Inc. and graphic design firm Diseno Communications were presented with a prestigious Edward L. Bernays award from the San Diego chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). The firms collaborated on the website launch of digital watermarking company Verance Corporation, and won the award in the category of Online Media.

Clearpoint was also awarded a Bronze Mark of Excellence in the category of Research and Evaluation for a technology company’s brand refresh and new messaging development.
